Balance Restaurant and Big Springs Distillery Announce New Collaboration

Johnstown, PA (4/26/24)– Balance Restaurant is thrilled to announce a new collaboration with Big Springs Distillery, set to debut at the original Balance Bar on April 28th. This partnership marks a significant step in combining local culinary and craft spirits excellence, offering an enhanced experience for patrons in Johnstown.

The collaboration introduces a new menu uniquely paired with spirits from Big Springs Distillery. Starting April 28th, guests can enjoy a carefully curated selection of cocktails alongside innovative dishes that highlight the quality and creativity of both establishments. Seven Signature Big Springs cocktails including Spicy Mango Highball, Peach Old Fashioned and Strawberry Basil Margarita will be featured. Some of the new menu includes Crab Shack Popcorn, Bloody Mary Marinated Asparagus, Roasted Vegetable Quesadilla, Bacon Dip and Irish Nachos. The new bar and sidewalk hours are:

  • Sunday: 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM
  • Monday – Thursday: 4:00 PM – 7:30 PM
  • Friday: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM
  • Saturday: 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM
