Duman Lake is located along State Route 271 North between Belsano and Nicktown, about 20 miles from Johnstown. The park consists of a 19-acre stocked lake that features a handicapped accessible fishing pier. The lake is regularly stocked with trout. The lake is restricted to manually powered craft or electric motors.

On the grounds are hiking trails, picnic pavilions, campsites, modern restrooms, horseshoe courts, ball field area, volleyball courts, basketball court, swing sets, and an exercise trail. Weekend train rides and hay rides during the summer season. There is also a 2-mile mixed surface connection from the park to the Ghost Town Trail’s C&I extension.
